HR Business Partner – English & French Speaking (Paris)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual HR Business Partner to join a newly funded tech organisation that is shaping the global AI ecosystem. Based in Paris and working on a hybrid model, you will partner with the leadership team to build HR systems, policies and practices that drive high performance and inclusivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement HR policies, processes and systems aligned with the company’s mission and growth plans.
• Support the transition to an international operating model while ensuring compliance with French employment law and social security regulations.
• Provide hands‑on HR expertise in a fast‑moving start‑up environment, from recruitment to employee relations.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to foster a transparent, equitable and people‑focused culture.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French.
• Experience in both large international organisations and fast‑growing start‑ups or scale‑ups.
• Strong knowledge of French employment law and social security systems.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Understanding of French social security frameworks.
• Proficiency in designing HR policies and implementing HR systems.
