Global Regulatory Excellence Specialist

About the role

The Global Regulatory Excellence Specialist will help shape the systems, tools and processes that enable Royal Canin’s Regulatory teams worldwide to work faster, more consistently and with greater impact. You will connect data, people and best practices to drive compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Structure and maintain collaborative platforms (MS Teams, SharePoint, MyMarsU) to ensure regulatory information is accessible.
• Oversee the Horizon Scanning process and keep global regulatory frameworks up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate onboarding and training programmes, develop e‑learning and workshop content for regulatory associates.
• Measure and report KPIs, support quality reviews, audits and risk‑mitigation actions.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects to increase efficiency and collaboration within Regulatory Affairs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical or Chemical Engineering, Food Industry Engineering or Data Science.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a regulated industry (food, feed, pharma, life sciences).
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working with global, multicultural teams.
• Open‑minded and eager to challenge the status‑quo.
