About the role
As a Global Account Director at SAMY you will be the senior strategic lead for key beauty accounts, acting as the main bridge between UK clients and the worldwide agency team. You will ensure projects are thoughtfully planned, smoothly delivered and positively received, turning cultural shifts into actionable strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day client interactions in the UK, run meetings, manage feedback and set expectations.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities through new channels, innovative solutions and global expansion.
- Translate client briefs into clear, actionable internal briefs and monitor progress, mitigating risks early.
- Maintain alignment across global teams, ensuring momentum and clarity throughout project lifecycles.
Required profile
- Senior‑level experience in account management within the beauty or creator‑economy sector.
- Strong commercial awareness and sound judgement.
- Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and lead cross‑functional teams.
- Passion for culture, social media trends and creator‑driven marketing.
