Full‑Stack Software Engineer (Remote, France)

About the role

CoderPad is seeking a Full‑Stack Software Engineer to join its tech team in France. The role is fully remote, reporting to the Director of Engineering EMEA, and focuses on building and enhancing the platform used for technical interviews worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop new full‑stack features using React and TypeScript on the frontend and Java, Node.js, or Ruby on the backend.
• Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to accelerate development and automate repetitive tasks.
• Participate in architectural and technical design decisions and write automated tests.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain features in production using GitLab, AWS, and Kubernetes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English; fluency in French is required.
