FP&A Specialist – Corporate Finance

About the role

We are looking for an FP&A Specialist to become the financial “source of truth” for Malt. Based in Paris, you will partner with leadership and investors, turning complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own monthly investor reporting and support the preparation of quarterly Board of Directors decks.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly re‑forecasts together with Sales, Product and Marketing heads.
• Build long‑term strategic models (3‑year plan) and ad‑hoc models for pricing, market entry or M&A analysis.
• Design, implement and maintain the planning architecture in Pigment to ensure scalability.
• Collaborate with Data teams (Looker/SQL) and reconcile actuals with accounting for forecast accuracy.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate controlling or transaction services, preferably in a Marketplace or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of P&L, cash‑flow and revenue‑recognition principles.
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel and an EPM tool such as Pigment, Anaplan or Vena.
• High proficiency with SQL/DBeaver and BI tools like Looker, with a focus on automation.
• Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to explain financial data to non‑finance audiences.
