FP&A Analyst – Finance Business Partner for Tech

About the role

Betclic is looking for a Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to act as a finance business partner for its technology teams. You will support cost monitoring, time‑tracking accuracy, and financial decision‑making in a fast‑growing online gaming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with tech teams (600+ employees) to help them understand and manage project and staff costs.
• Monitor and validate time‑tracking data, ensuring correct allocation across technology projects.
• Analyze project expenditures, compare them with budgets and forecasts, and propose corrective actions.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on tech and staff costs.
• Perform variance analysis between actuals and budget, recommending improvements.
• Support headcount and payroll cost monitoring in collaboration with the FP&A Staff Costs team.
• Communicate financial insights clearly to operational teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Management Control, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in management control or financial analysis.
• Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in technology environments; experience with staff costs or HR controlling is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Detail‑oriented, rigorous, and pragmatic with excellent communication skills.
