Founding Operations Manager – Italy Market

About the role

Bonx is looking for a Founding Operations Manager to lead the launch of its AI‑native ERP platform in Italy. Based in Paris and working onsite, you will own the end‑to‑end deployment process, build the deployment machine, and shape the culture of the Operations team as the first Deployment Strategist for the Italian market.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable processes and tools for rapid market expansion across Europe.
• Lead high‑impact ERP onboarding projects with industrial manufacturers, targeting full delivery within six months.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to ensure seamless deployment and customer success.
• Establish standards, documentation, and best practices for future deployments.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, balancing scope and expectations.

Required profile

• Native Italian speaker with professional English proficiency.
• 4–7 years of experience managing complex IT projects or consulting engagements with strong on‑site delivery track record.
• Ambitious, self‑driven, and comfortable in an early‑stage startup environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to say “no” when necessary.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with n8n.
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain or similar AI‑automation tools.
