Forward Deployed Banker, Paris

About the role

Rogo is an enterprise AI company that helps investment banks, private equity funds and investment firms with faster, more accurate financial workflows. It is looking for a Forward Deployed Banker based in Paris to act as its investment banking expert in the room, helping banks understand how Rogo fits into their core workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead tailored demos of Rogo's platform, showing how it adds value in company research, financial modeling, valuation, M&A advisory, capital markets and client deliverables.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Engineering to drive the go-to-market motion and improve the product, acting as the voice of prospective customers.
• Build trusted, consultative relationships with bankers and shape the evaluation process.
• Design proof-of-value exercises that map Rogo's capabilities to each bank's coverage groups, product areas and deal workflows, and define success criteria with the prospect.
• Create demo environments, use cases and enablement materials, and turn customer feedback into product insights.

Required profile

• 2+ years of investment banking experience at a top-tier bank.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Bilingual in English and French, with excellent written and verbal skills in both.
• Ability to connect prospects' business problems to Rogo's solutions and explain them to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, with autonomy and a structured, outcome-oriented approach.

Required skills

• Strong command of core banking workflows: financial modeling, valuation, M&A, capital markets, due diligence and client presentations.
• Executive presence with senior bankers and financial services leaders.
• Nice to have: client-facing or live deal execution experience, experience partnering with Product or Engineering, and previous B2B SaaS, fintech or AI experience.
