Executive Project Manager – Real Estate Construction (France)

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Project Manager (AMO) to lead and coordinate multiple real‑estate construction projects, including new builds and refurbishments, for our clients in the Nice‑Cannes region. The role combines client relationship management with end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring high‑quality outcomes that meet customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support Business Unit Directors in achieving strategic objectives.
• Develop, grow and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Deliver high‑quality services and project deliverables on time and within budget.
• Administer contracts as contract administrator, employer’s agent or project manager.
• Prepare and present proposals, bids and progress reports to clients.
• Manage service delivery profitability and advise directors of any risk impacting professional indemnity insurance.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience managing construction projects in France, preferably in real‑estate or hospitality sectors.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or AMO.
• Strong knowledge of construction procurement, tendering, contracting strategies and relevant legislation.
• Excellent oral and written communication in French and English.
• Methodical, problem‑solving and numeracy skills.
• Eligibility to work permanently in France and availability in the Nice‑Cannes area.
