Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

About the role

Alpaga Trading LLC, a leading international trader of African agricultural commodities, is looking for a highly driven and strategic professional to support the expansion and structuring of its global group. The position will act as a senior liaison to the Chief Executive Officer, helping to drive complex finance‑related projects across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic finance and corporate development initiatives from inception to completion.
• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and senior stakeholders.
• Structure financial deals, oversee financial modelling, and support corporate financing activities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
• Provide high‑level executive support to the CEO, including preparation of presentations, reports, and strategic documents.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and French (mandatory).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proven leadership and execution track record in finance, financial structuring, corporate finance, investment banking, or strategic development.
• Extensive professional network within banking and financial sectors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven approach.
