Entry-Level Data Analyst – Junior Position

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Data Analyst to support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. This junior position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, spotting trends, and turning raw information into actionable insights that help achieve business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and basic statistical analysis.
• Create and maintain dashboards and regular reports using BI tools.
• Identify patterns, trends, and provide recommendations to improve operational performance.
• Support ad‑hoc reporting requests and assist stakeholders in interpreting findings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand reporting requirements and contribute to scalable analytical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proactive learning mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• SQL for querying and managing data (advantage).
• Data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker (advantage).
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (advantage).
