Design Content Creative – Graphic Designer

About the role

Birkenstock is looking for a Design Content Creative to lead the visual development of brand campaigns. Reporting to the Director Global Content & Creation, you will shape the brand’s creative voice across multiple media.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full‑cycle campaigns from concept to final execution, covering photography, video and graphic design.
• Create compelling presentation decks and PowerPoint materials for internal and external communication.
• Design print and digital assets such as infographics, email campaigns, direct mail, flyers and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with external creative agencies, providing artistic direction and ensuring brand guideline compliance.
• Work closely with developers and digital marketing teams to produce web‑based and interactive applications.
• Produce high‑quality illustrations, photo edits and compositing while maintaining meticulous brand consistency.
• Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously for diverse stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong understanding of art, fashion and contemporary design trends.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for deck creation.
