Data Steward

About the role

The Data Steward will support Manitou Group’s shift to a customer‑centric organization by ensuring the integrity, quality, and lifecycle management of marketing data assets. Working within the Digital Team, you will help create a seamless digital journey where data drives value for both B2B and B2C customers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily operational activities to integrate marketing data into business tools such as PIM, DAM and CRM.
• Apply and maintain validated data processes and modifications defined by the Data Owner.
• Monitor and improve data quality to enhance digital experience and production efficiency.
• Oversee the lifecycle of product and customer data, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Owners to align data production with the New Business Platform roadmap.
• Report to the Data Marketing Product & Customer Manager and participate in planning and prioritisation meetings.
• Support compliance with group naming conventions and regulations such as GDPR and the Data Act.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in data management tools and data quality maintenance.
• Familiarity with marketing data environments, including PIM, CRM and CDP.
• Analytical mindset with a taste for figures to support predictive analysis.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Agile, proactive attitude and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
