Customer Service Representative – Full Time

About the role

As the face of United at the airport, you will welcome and assist domestic and international travelers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant journey from check‑in to boarding. You will work in a dynamic environment, representing the airline’s commitment to hospitality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Check‑in passengers and process baggage for flights.
• Verify that travelers have valid documentation for their journeys.
• Assist passengers at gates, during boarding, and throughout the airport lounge.
• Provide friendly, professional service to resolve travel issues and create memorable experiences.
• Perform additional customer‑service duties as needed to meet operational demands.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven reliability and professional appearance.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Strong communication skills in English and French (written and spoken).
• Minimum age of 18 and flexibility to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Legal authorization to work in France/EU without sponsorship.
