Customer Experience Manager (CEM)

About the role

Wiz is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to lead its Customer Experience Management (CEM) team. You will bridge sales, customer success, and operations to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth for strategic cloud‑security customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of CEMs working with Wiz’s most strategic accounts.
• Provide tactical and strategic guidance to ensure exceptional service delivery, value realization and successful project execution.
• Act as the primary CEM for a select portfolio of strategic accounts, maintaining direct ownership of customer outcomes.
• Develop and execute CEM strategy, continuously improving team impact and scaling successful playbooks.
• Achieve quarterly revenue targets linked to retention, growth and product adoption.
• Maintain accurate customer health metrics and project status, collaborating closely with sales peers.
• Partner with Technical Account Management leaders to foster a culture of collaboration, learning and success.
