About the role
Leaderia is seeking a Commercial Culinary Advisor to strengthen its premium hospitality and restaurant portfolio in Paris. Reporting to the National Sales Director for RHF, you will operate autonomously to grow large‑account business within the city.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts in the hotel and restaurant sector across Paris.
- Increase turnover and profitability of the assigned portfolio through targeted sales initiatives.
- Act as a business facilitator, identifying opportunities and supporting clients to optimise their culinary offerings.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Ability to work independently and manage large accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth and margin improvement.
