Channel Account Manager – Etail & Ecommerce

About the role

The Channel Account Manager – Etail & Ecommerce will report to the Regional Director of Sales and be responsible for managing a portfolio of consumer channels across Southern Europe (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal). The role focuses on driving growth with e‑tailers and e‑commerce platforms such as Amazon and other marketplaces, while developing new partnerships and ensuring successful product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Define the consumer expansion strategy for the region, set annual and quarterly sales targets, forecasts and KPIs.
• Coordinate execution of plans with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Pricing) and partner organisations.
• Monitor channel performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to meet revenue goals.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure partners have up‑to‑date agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, e‑tailers and resellers, providing training and motivation.
• Design and launch targeted campaigns, promotions and marketing activities, tracking ROI and managing the allocated budget.
• Oversee stock rotation in retail stores and ensure timely reporting of sales, inventory and marketing results.
• Identify new partnership opportunities, build cybersecurity offers and support go‑to‑market execution.

Required profile

• Higher degree in Management or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language such as Spanish, Italian or Portuguese required.
