Business Process Improvement Internship – Managed Access Programs

About the role

Join Servier's Global Medical & Patient Affairs Operations team to support the improvement of Managed Access Programs across oncology, cardiovascular and neurology therapeutic areas. You will work under a GMPA Business Process Owner, contributing to robust, compliant processes that enable early and equitable patient access to innovative treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and improve the Managed Access Program (MAP) process, benchmarking current practices against industry standards.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to harmonize terminology and clarify offers from R&D, Medical Affairs and Patient Affairs.
• Refine MAP SOPs, produce user guides and develop training materials, including e‑learning modules for global and local teams.
• Design performance indicators for process efficiency and coordinate with data/system owners to ensure appropriate tools are available.

Required profile

• Student in the 6th year of Pharmacy or final‑year engineering/business school in a medico‑scientific field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English with ability to produce concise reports, SOPs and training documentation.
• Strong communication, project management and solution‑driven mindset.
• Interest in medical and scientific processes; familiarity with Lean methodology is a plus.
