Brazil Content Specialist

About the role

Bump is looking for an ambitious, growth-obsessed Content Specialist to bring Brazilian internet culture into its Paris office and lead all content and creator efforts for the Brazilian market. The goal is to make Bump a must-have app in Brazil and keep it there.

Key responsibilities

• Own the content strategy for the Brazilian market and grow Bump in Brazil
• Create high-performing TikToks, Reels and UGC-style ads
• Build and manage a pipeline of Brazilian creators and run influencer campaigns with top creators and micro-influencers
• Write briefs, give feedback and help external creators deliver strong content
• Work closely with paid marketing to turn great content into performance results
• Jump on trends early and write creative briefs and notes
• Collaborate daily in the Paris office with growth, distribution and product teams, and join brainstorms to shape the creative direction
• Support launches, events and Brazil-focused activations

Required profile

• 1-5+ years making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer or creator), with a focus on the quality of the work
• Experience making content for ads, especially UGC
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback
• Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends and the Brazilian creator landscape
• Fluent Portuguese and English, and experience living in Brazil
• Willingness to work in person in Paris
