Behavioral Economist & Growth Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Economist and Growth Product Manager to join our fully remote Growth Team. You will lead data‑driven experiments that reduce friction, boost habit adoption, and improve product metrics for our award‑winning health and wellness apps.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments to lower sharing friction and measure lift from habit‑choice prompts.
• Develop product experiments focused on completion rates, habit adoption, and trade‑off analysis.
• Rapidly prototype design improvements based on experimental results.
• Conduct user interviews and pilot studies to validate hypotheses.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prioritize high‑growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong focus on fast experiment cycles for learning and prioritization.
• Experience conducting user interviews and running pilot programs.
• Comfort with technical aspects or willingness to learn coding for analysis.
• Deep understanding of experimental design, from quasi‑experiments to A/B tests.
• Knowledge of behavioral science theories applied to product growth.
• Solid grounding in statistics or econometrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
