B2B Business Travel Consultant (GDS)

About the role

An international TravelTech company is seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to support corporate travellers in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring smooth travel experiences across multiple booking channels and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality travel support via phone, email and chat.
• Manage hotel, flight, rail and car rental bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Handle complex itineraries, ticketing, reissues, cancellations, EMD/MCO issuance and PNR management.
• Support customers with self‑service functionality on digital platforms and mobile applications.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies, operational procedures and global travel regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve travel‑related issues and improve the customer experience.
• Maintain strong knowledge of suppliers, destinations, booking systems and industry processes.
• Participate in training sessions, supplier updates and operational meetings.
• Maintain SLA targets, quality standards and operational KPIs.

Required profile

• Fluent French and good English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
• Previous experience in business or corporate travel environments.
• Availability to work rotating shifts between Monday and Friday, 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo.
• Strong understanding of ticketing, reissues, cancellations, EMD/MCO issuance and PNR management.
• Knowledge of ARC and BSP booking practices.
• Familiarity with NDC, low‑cost carriers and third‑party aggregators is a plus.
