Architecture Region Manager – EMEA

About the role

Balenciaga is seeking an Architecture Region Manager to lead the design, execution and supervision of boutique, temporary and pop‑up store projects across the EMEA region. You will act as the central reference point for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring each project aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and manage architectural projects from research and layout through to completion, respecting Balenciaga guidelines.
• Coordinate all construction activities for new, renovated and pop‑up stores in the EMEA region.
• Manage a team of Project Managers based in Paris and liaise with architectural teams to obtain drawings, guidelines and technical start‑up information.
• Collect and consolidate start‑up data from corporate and local parties to develop designs that meet commercial requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies, estimate budgets, timelines and prepare regular Capex and cost reports.
• Visit sites, produce setting‑out to punch‑list reports, ensure quality of construction and millwork installation, and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Maintain comprehensive records of drawings and store opening evolution.
• Organise store maintenance matters related to architecture, separate from operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury or high‑end retail architecture, store development or a comparable role in a competitor company.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and highly organized with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to prioritize tasks based on business needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative attitude that respects brand values.
