About the role
Apple Retail is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team in delivering the iconic Apple customer experience. You will be responsible for coaching, developing, and motivating associates while ensuring the store meets its performance and business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
- Participate actively on the floor, engaging with customers and team members to model best practices.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
- Address customer and employee escalations, partnering with leadership and People teams as needed.
- Plan and execute operational strategies to meet store performance targets.
- Uphold Apple policies, protect company assets, and maintain confidentiality of business information.
Required profile
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in English and the local language (written and spoken).
- Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales, or a related field.
