Account Manager – TikTok Shop (Paris)

About the role

TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace integrated directly into the TikTok app, connecting sellers, buyers, and creators. We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join our Paris office and help onboard and grow key partners on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential French partners, build long‑term relationships and create customized growth plans.
• Meet and exceed TikTok Commerce financial targets through individual sales goals.
• Develop scalable processes that improve productivity and partner performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously enhance the partner and user experience.
• Analyse market trends to uncover growth opportunities and shape the French e‑commerce landscape.
• Lead internal projects such as campaigns, product launches and B2B marketing initiatives to strengthen the TikTok commerce ecosystem.

Required profile

• Strong influencing ability and trusted relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.
• Results‑driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Analytical, data‑oriented thinker capable of developing strategic insights independently.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly to change.
• Fluent in English and French, with excellent cross‑cultural communication skills.
