Account Executive – Mid-market Sales

About the role

Alan is looking for a Mid‑market Account Executive to join its fast‑growing sales team in France. You will focus on B2B customers across sectors such as tech, retail, transport, food & beverage and more, helping them adopt Alan’s prevention‑focused insurance solution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, typically 4‑6 months.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers from HR executives to CEOs in companies of 30‑300 employees.
• Deliver compelling product demos and educate prospects on Alan’s integrated insurance, prevention and care offering.
• Negotiate contracts and achieve an average ARR of €150K per deal.
• Support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within mid‑market segments.
• Comfortable managing long sales cycles and complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• Motivated by a mission to improve health access and prevention.
