Account Executive – EMEA (English Speaking)

About the role
We are looking for an energetic Account Executive to drive new‑business sales across the EMEA region. The role is based in our Paris office and focuses on selling Upflow’s SaaS collections platform to English‑speaking B2B customers.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of new opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Present Upflow’s value proposition, understand customer payment challenges, and tailor solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Growth teams to refine processes and share best practices.
- Achieve monthly recurring revenue targets and maximize an uncapped commission structure.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated hunter with a proven track record in SaaS new‑business sales.
- Coachable and eager to learn new sales methodologies.
- Ambitious, positive, and able to thrive in a fast‑growing environment.
- Excellent phone presence and strong listening skills.
- Highly organized with a focus on delivering results.
